If you find your order unsatisfactory because of some faults or defects, please inform us about the problem along with the order number within 48 hours of delivery and please do return our products in it's original condition. You can make arrangements to replace/cancel your order by submitting the request online and emailing us along with the order number at email@example.com.
You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped by submitting the request online and emailing us along with the order number at firstname.lastname@example.org.. Upon receiving your Cancellation Request we will initiate the refund process. The refund is made to the same bank account/ credit card/ debit card which was used to pay for the purchase. Please note that no refunds are made by cash. Please note that we will refund the entire cost of the cancelled item, less 2.5% applicable bank charges, 10% Service Tax on the bank charges and 0.3% ECESS on Service Tax. If you cancel the order after shipment of product, we will refund the cost of returned item, less 2.5% applicable bank charges, 10% Service Tax on the bank charges and 0.3% ECESS on Service Tax and courier charges.
To return a purchase, follow the steps below
- Sign in to your account,
- Select the "Order History" and
- Click on the “Cancel order” you would like to return.
Used items will not be accepted so do make sure the product returned remains intact. The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals. Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged. The field executive may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not me.
